We should set the interest to 10% now instead of 5%. It'll get us more money quicker in the bank. Also we should pay a fine to take money out of the bank.

Uh, paying a fine to take it out of the bank? This is a bank, not a stock or bond. Banks don't usually pay higher interest than 5%, by the way.

true , but the owner of the bank can do anything he wants with the bank cuz its fake.
