This iz the first one of You know whats bull#%€£:VIDEO GAME PRICES THERE SO MUCH MONEY AND HOW COME XBOX GAMES COST LIKE $90-150 and why gamestop has to be jerks bad games on ds cost like $40 Good games cost like 27-35 beside that stupid tax so yay u found a game u like for $40 but ohno that tax

Because it costs a LOT to produce a game. You have to pay hundreds of people to do their jobs, you have to have a business place, a PO box, and many other things. A basic game called Stick-Wars on iPhone costed $10,000 to produce.

When games come out, they are almost always $60. When enough people buy it to cover the expenses and the profits they need, then they might lower it as it gets older. You shouldn't be mad about how much it costs, if you really think about it, buying these games are what keeps the company making more. If the games weren't this price, they couldn't support themselves and go bankrupt. |

And really, were lucky that the games dont cost 10,000$, or we wouldnt have games like that, and the companies wouldn't make money. i agree. games are to expensive!!! And if the game was really that good, it deserves to be an expensive. Take Modern Warfare 2 for an example. |
