New Staff Spot- Forum Moderator

Hello everyone, we have finished the construction of the new staff spot, Forum Moderator.

The forum moderator has a green crown:

Forum Moderators have the permissions of a normal moderator, but they are not moderators in Live Chat. they cannot delete threads and messages as I only want them to lock threads and hide messages so it is easier for an admin to review the incident. But forum moderators are given everything they need to help moderate the forums.
