I just tested the problem on my home computer and the live chat is working fine. My explanation would be that you may need to change computers or it may just be a simple glitch in the site, for it did not have that problem in the past.

My school has all of this blocked too. A trade school like mine does not allow much on the computer. It takes alot to get around the things that can possibly be un-blocked. I have found one link in live search that lets you play "The World's Hardest Game" ;].
